having some issues with .net 3.5 on this server, can’t get any 3.5 targeted sites to run, all 2.0 sites run fine.

can some one offer any assistance?
edit, the problem is fixed when i upload to a bin dir in the root,

System.Data.DataSetExtensions.dll
System.Web.Extensions.dll
System.Xml.Linq.dll
is IIS configured correctly?
yes it is configured, and indeed there is not much to configure as 3.5 is an addon to 2.0 I will give it a check as I have not seen reports of this yet.

this isn’t the only error thats generated, anything to do with .net 3.5 gives issues. I’m not sure if this sheds any light on the situation - Developer technologies - Microsoft Q&A

Are you picking ASP.NET 2.0 from the control panel? If not such will happen.
