we have a lot of websites not accesible from Spain right now
We are checking the problem and will post an update soon.
I’m on brazil and having the same problem, I’m not even able to open the jodohost main site. when trying to open jodohost.com I’m receiving the following message from cloudfare.
This page (http://www.jodohost.com/) is currently offline. However, because the site uses CloudFlare’s Always Onlineâ„¢ technology you can continue to surf a snapshot of the site. We will keep checking in the background and, as soon as the site comes back, you will automatically be served the live version. The Twitter update says it’s a power issue.
It appears to be affecting all Jodo servers.
Not all, there are 4 circuits up and about 9 down. ![]()
Succes with getting this resolved. Bad time for you all, just for the weekend…
We have all but one circuit coming up now, the one is being changed.
No whammies! No whammies! No whammies! Come on nameserver circuit! You can do this!
Stephen,
I suggest you bring mail servers up first! thats the first thing clients complain about.
Please update us as much as possible.
this is a mess for us.
Still no responses from CL1 name servers. It will probably take hours for all the Outlook users to clear their cache and start receiving emails…
I second that suggestion
Well, I just got an e-mail. So that’s progress.
what server? mail8 would be the best news all day
Stephen we need an update please. 1.3 hours already jodo site down most of my clients down ..
What concerns me the most is that this problem seemed to begin 14 hours ago:

We had a freak breaker failure here, first time to every have that to happen, calling in the electricians in the morning 2 check, but up now

You would think in a data center the electricians would check things thoroughly - it sure looks likes they somehow failed to identify the problem.
This is a VERY serious outage now, and going into the weekend I’m a little concerned.
Lets just hope no equipment fried
yes it is all concerning, and we got the core issued figured out I have a short why on the outage thread I will provide more once we are in the clear. We still have all hands on deck and myself as well here working it only.
thank you stefen for the hard work.
When do you guys expect to see servers coming up? I keep pining mail8 but still no luck
I’m concerned that I can’t see any of the CL1 name servers.
I concur on the CL1 name servers. That seems to be a pinch point relative to all my sites, for better or worse.
