it is actually XO issues, please report and ask they drop XO like colo4dallas does

tracert is also included on ticket BJV-44403-267 and [RS #KTW-65124-405]

This is due to BGP routing attacks, Internap routes aroud XO is problems are with XO.

btw colo4dallas is not a competitor, we do not offer colo services.

please refer to ticket, all tracert provided

There is “currently” a issue with XO on JODO network

all of our clients on reseller account here are badly hit

competitors we mentioned is “cartika” :), they drop XO, all issues resolved

please help on this as clients have been having issues for 36 hours

XO may affect you, but it does not make us to be down.
If XO is down, it will be dropped automatically, we do not control the internap platform in Miami but it is monitored with metrics continually and if it is having problems it is automatically dropped.
In fact we got alerts yesterday that it was removed from the network along with another carrier due to BGP flapping with the bogus BGP commands being send out.

We are your clients, if we are affected, means you are affected too,we are together on the same boat, there is no "you"and “me”..

what if packet loss is 90% but NOT down, will internap drop it?:]

internap does drop routes if needed, but they have to have the metrics to prove it is an issue, which are not there if it is still up.
