OK BGP on the core CISCO router stopped working as designed. We have qualified CISCO technicals diagnosing the issue right now to prevent it from happening again. BGP is what mixes various internet connections we have with our providers to give us fail-over incase one network is down. But today it has been the point of failure.
We appologise for this issue. As you must know, network outages with JodoHost are extremely rare and we are doing everything to ensure this doesn’t happen again
