It would be nice to have status messages available for all the servers on jodohost.com, and also have those in a format where resellers could publish the status onto our own websites to avoid unnecessary support messages.
we are using an outside service for monitoring. I will check and see if they have any public interfaces for customers to visit.
That is an excellent idea. keep us posted 
is there something about it? I think that this is a very usefull tool for resellers and jodohost to avoid unnecesary support messages.
