I created a new account a couple of days ago, recieved a receipt yesterday afternoon, but have yet to receive any other information (login, server, etc). Was just wondering how long this process takes?

You should get a copy of welcome mail soon. There was an issue with automated notifications for a few hours. You signed up during this time and thus received no email from us. Sales team was suppose to send a copy to all such affected signups, but yours got missed for some reason.
You can also go to https://cp . go hsphere . com (without spaces) and use the “lost password” option to recover your password. If you already know the password as well, simply login there.
