I manually trasferred my account to the new servers, the dns took hold this morning, and I was able to login to my new hosting just fine. I added a new domain, then a subdomain to the new domain. Is there refresh period before these domains will go live? As of now, I can access the original domain, the new domain, and subdomain by ftp but not by http.
How long should I wait before submitting a trouble ticket?

Update:
The problem seems to be that as soon as I enable Coldfusion, the site becomes unavailable. I turned CF off and the sites came back up. I’ll send a ticket.
Had the same problem with Cold Fusion on Win1. They shifted me to Win2
