very happy with the new staff jodo has 
they have solved my questions very fast and the are very helpful!!
We do have a few new staff, Manish and Prakash are new on the windows side and learning fast. They are both working a lot of chats, and come to me when there are issues they can’t resolve. I feel they are doing really well at this point, and will only get better as time goes on.
