hey there

if i’m not mistaken, we have new quota’s correct?
do we update them ourselves through the reseller CP - or are you doing it automatically?

Yes, they are effective immediately

great! but do we have to change it manually - mine says 6 GB still, not 8GB

You must mak the change in the control panel, we updated the plans and then you need to click the edit icon beside that to match.
You can verify this by going to the Billing Reseller Prices section, it will list Available, and Used portions in a table.

but the available (or free) doesnt list disk usage

EDIT:
if you follow the instrcution via the home page (not the drop down menu) then it DOES display disk usage.
