A big problem for me is getting out of the lite host plan.
I currently have the full 10 accounts but cannot justify doubling my account fees to value host in the hope that i might snag the 11th customer in the first month…so my books are closed until i get rquests for new accounts by email.
This means both jodo & i are missing an opportunity to make some money.
If lite host allowed to host 10+ accounts even if those 10+ accounts were at a premium price, say $3 per extra account then the transition would be easier to value host plan & i would more than likely upgrade as soon as the 11th or 12th account was created.
The situation now is with 10 acconts on lite plan i make a profit for my efforts. 10 accounts on valuehost & i’m working for next to nothing.

Thats a point worth considering. I’ll be in the same boat as you in some time.
I think the new Reseller changes are wonderful! Thank you Jodohost for seeing the need to change and making that change. It is exciting to see a company that really cares about progressing!
Thanks,
Adam
What would happen once you have used 200 accounts in the Platinum plan?
I am sure that many of your resellers are not at this level.. but I actually am. I have a smaller plan now, BUT I am still migrating customers plus new signups. It is going to grow faster - especially since you added resources which helps me compete better on the open hosting marketplace. (Thank you!
)
I think that maximum accounts is a good idea for moving customers up plans to the next level and it could help with income verse costs for jodo - I am all for that. It is a 2 way street.. jodo makes money when we do.. BUT also we make money because jodo is profitable too.8)
You have a lot of resource in the Platinum plan and a 200 account limit seems small compared to the resources available in my opinion - especially when thigs are based on useage and not quota (which I want to stay the same as it is now please and thank you very much
) .
Also, for those reselling host plans given this much resource.. it may encourage them to create more multiple domain plans.. and that means all sites getting stuck on one server which may defeat the purpose of what you are trying to do maybe? Jodohost announced the 33% rule where no one account can go over 33% of total resources to discourage pilling up on a server and to instead distribute new sites more evenly over the network of servers right? Would this cause an increase in this activity? Just a positive input thought.
