New Server: Win11

We have added a new Win2003 server.

Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz Processor (HT)
4GB Server-Grade RAM
160GBx2 SATA Hard Disks RAID1

Resellers are requested to add Win11 to their server aliases list by:

  1. Logging into their Reseller Admin CP
  2. Going to E.Manager > Server Aliases
  3. Clicking Submit towards the end of the page

A new client had just signed up with me & he was automatically hosted on this new server.

But, I have seen this notice just now & added this server to my CP as per your instructions above.

Am having Domain Propagation Issues. Its now 20+ Hours since my client changed the nameservers. Whois shows my nameservers but, when I or he pings the domain, the IP of the Old Host still gets pinged.

Is this issue something to do with the fact that the client signed up first & then after nearly 24+ hours I added this server to my CP?

Pl clear my doubt. Its very frustrating for both me & my client.

No, you should not have ANY domain propogation issues due to that. But please open a ticket nonetheless.

A email should have been dispatched. I am sending a new one right now as well
