Hi there, I sent a client of mine to get a server from newservers.com but no one is replying to their emails. Is newservers live and working? Also do you guys provide support for the servers?
NewServers is running as it was running earlier. There must be some problem as we are failed to get your email.

I just want something that will enable my client to be able administer apache etc without too much trouble. What would you recommend? What would the cost be? Also, do the servers come with the basic RPMs installed (apache/php, mysql etc).

CP+ will do that, but is not themost robust solution, cpanel will do it much better, but is more expensive at $35/month
CP+ is $199 one time, but is more likey a fancy webmin.
For Cpanel, it installs all the needed files, for CP+, they are available(all the needed RPMS).
Ok, what do you need for my client to get one setup? Can they pay via paypal for the first month and setup? How long will it take to get one setup?
Yes, they can pay by Paypal at paypal @ jodohost.com (no spaces) . Generally 24-48 Hrs are required to get server ready.
Also, make sure to send the payment and server ordered details at sales @ newservers.com.

Hi, Hope my client knows how to use email, but they reckon they have emailed sales @ jodo and sales @ newservers and are not getting a response. They are trying to part with money:-) Bit embarrasing as I have been saying how on the ball you guys are. My clients first name is Tracy. Are you receiving emails ok?
