No credit use?

Hellos, I have been talking through email to billing and because I use a credit card to pay for my account, my credit is never applied. So I asked them what happens to my credit since it can never be used, and they didnt know …

This is through several emails, and I figured since billing doesnt know … who do I need to talk to? My balance is currently outstanding since I do not want to pay more then I believe I should (since I have credit to the account).

My account is 17.50
I have a credit of 8.00

So the remainder to be charged to the card should be 9.50. But billing states that the credit I have will not be applied … which leaves me with credit and no way to use it …

Since billing do not know how to apply the credit .. do you know of anybody who does?

We regret for the confusion about your billing. This is because..

$8 is your credit limit. That means you can use resources of 8 Dollars even if your account has a negative balance. It is not $8 as credit balance. Your account has $17.50 as debit balance.

Your Credit card is not charged since it has expiry date of 8/2005. You need to update your CC information.

Oh! I got it then, its like a leeway type credit, a buffer, for just in case …Ok, I think everything is all set now :slight_smile: thanks!
