I have a serious mail problem. I’m not receiving anything and the mails sent never arrive. Mail server is mail 1 and my ticket is EHL-38069-564
I’m trying contact with live support, but I’m taken more than 1 hour and I couldn’t contact .
We are answering te livechats we can and working on mail1 as well, it has a bit of a delay now. Mail is not lost but is delayed.
Where is live support ?. I have tryed yesterday and today and I couldn’t connect one time

i have a favourites link directly to the live chat window, as i assume others do too.
Can there be a message on that when live chat is down?
It is never down.. its just that we can’t handle all the requests coming in.
But yes we will only be able to pick up a small fraction of requests given we are not at full strength
