And since it comes through the Windows Update does that mean Jodo will make sure it’s applied on the VPS servers?

you will need to apply this on your own VPS, do NOT USE Windows update.

We already have a ticket in with parallels about updates for all VPSes not being prepped yet, and trying to get more info on that.
We are just finishing the rollout on shared network, as you can see in status forums.
