Not getting emails for announcments, outages, etc...

a while back i stopped receiving emails for announcements and outages and other…

can somebody please pm me and help me get back on the announcment email list?

i tried live help but apparently they have no clue when it comes to understanding English speaking customers

We still send them just haven’t done a full mass mailing recently as there are so many clients we are targeting to specific places when sending now. There will be a systemwide mailing this week however :slight_smile:

We have never mailed for every outage just FYI.

i checked my emails and haven’t received ANYTHING from Jodohost in a long long time. not even announcments to add new servers to reseller account…

The last one we sent was about 3-4 months ago I believe…last servers did not get an announce.
