Hi how are you. This must be the 4th time the site is not working while all our other accounts are working fine. Their is definitely something wrong on this web site. Domain name is fine, so like all the other times something is going on. Client is getting really upset with us and wants to move to another hosting company. I told them we would fix it asap. Please can you help me asap!!

I am on my phone and can fully check, but it is giving a 404 error, live chat is always best for such cases.
It doesn’t work because it is index.php, but PHP is not enabled. Therefore, error 404 comes. I enabled PHP, simple fix.
