You know i really dont know what is going on lately with your company, but now web12 is down. It was cf1 earleir and lately its always someting going down.
Web12 been down for how long no one answer my tickter as i guess its not important???

WE have ticket, chat and escalation procedures, as I see it web12 was not fully down, cf1 was not down either earlier, it was slow for about 20 minutes but not down at all.
Send tickets, get on chat, or send an escalation email to helpline if you feel something is not being addressed, the forums are not and will not be the place to get support on specific matters.
YEs cf1 was completly down and so was web12. CF1 was hung was the answer I got. WEb12 was apache hsphere issue. THey were both down how long I don’t know.
No CF1 wasn’t completely down, I had checked it myself, it was replying within 20seconds or so, it was too slow granted but not down.
It was fixed shortly after, now of course CF1 is down and had I known it was windows updates that killed WinCF3 I would have not had them done 
Luckily we know now and the other few servers running this board won’t be upgraded with those windows updates.
LEave it to windows updates to cause problems, never fails with windows… X(X(

How are you rebuilding the motherboard from Texas?
We have hotspares running at the datacenter thankfully! WE have a guy there if needed but he’s not even in the datacenter right now 
Right now I am pulling files over to the new server while Manish is working on setup of new server CF and components.
Whew what a night, finally going to take 30-45 minutes of rest.
This recovery went really well but took a little longer than I’d hoped. I was able to trick the other server into giving me windows + network connection and copy direct across the network from the HD, this time I wasn’t as fortunate and we had to copy off the 2 hour old backup set which takes a little longer.
