Hello,

We have a new client that just switched their domain to us. They can access their website with domain.com, but not with www.domain.com . Although they have the alias in their control panel. Also when you type the instant domain alias in the browser you get directory listing denied. Finally, I ran a DSN report on the domain and got NS Agreement on SOA Serial Number Failed.

Any ideas?

This can happen if they make a change in the control panel and don’t wait 5-10 minutes as well for the DNS servers to sync.

how long has it been since the domain was added it may be a propagation issue.
