We have had a power failure in the offices, I am online right now handling anything urgent, ticket and livechat may be slower than usual on replies.
We are hoping to have this resolved within the hour.

Just to clarify, this is ONLY the offices, servers are all up and running properly, with no issues.

I just got a call about 10 minutes ago and was told the power should be back up in 30-45 minutes. So here’s hoping it is! I am ready to go enjoy my day off with the family.

Power is back up at office. Normal support (tickets and chat) have resumed.
We just had some UPS issues that cut off power to our internet gateway so most of our staff went offline 
It is caused by some upgradation in wiring electrican doing here. As a part of upgradation, if power goes out, each PC will have 10-12 hrs of UPS supply. In addition we have installed a 32 kW Diesel Generator as secondary backup.
