This requires IIS to be stopped for about 5-10 minutes while I make the change, I will schedule it for 11:30pm tonight.

EDIT - A great idea would be to be able to upload and resize the pic, then save it on your hosting (like picturebucket.com etc). The hosting could be for registered users or paying users etc?
