Hi,
Please refer to Ticket # BGM-79165-547.
I would like for the SMTP server for all my accounts to be set to require authentication. This is currently not the case. Anybody can send through the server at this point using any of the domain names under my account. This usage can and will effect my reseller account usage quota. This is even more of a problem when the mass-mail form has been signed and sent to JodoHost, since there is no limit for outgoing mail.
I just used Outlook to send an email using a non-existant account on my service domain, and this required no authentication.
My cleint’s domain account is now at 9.6 GB/6.0 GB of the account limit and the email traffic is 8.4 GB used (since Sep 27, 2005). This is, without question, their higest resource usage ever.
With the above information how can I justify that they actually used the resources shown?
