Operation timed out...

One of my clients is getting this message when trying to send emails over 2mb.

Task ‘mail.**********.com - Sending’ reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP)
server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

Is there some limit set on the server for email size? They have a mailbox size of 450mb.

Hello?! Anyone out there?

No, that means that the connection between you and the mail server got lost

Tell him to try again. It can happen due to connectivity problems from your client’s side.

… and also to extend the timeout option in Outlook (advanced tab, i think)

Thanks for the responses. I will be sending this link to my client and I will let you know if it fixes his problems.
