I have a customer that will be using Orbital (paymentech.com) payment gateway with their shopping cart. It looks like we need to submit an IP to Orbital to accept transactions from. Since this is shared hosting, would I be submitting the IP of the server itself or the dedicated IP of the site?

most likely you will need the server base IP, which on windows server is the one that pings if you do winx.servicedomain.com, on linux you need to ask via ticket.
Interestingly enough, I submitted the IP’s, and it works for the test servers at Orbital, but not their production servers. Is there any chance the linux servers aren’t doing the POST from the main IP of the server?
