Hello;
I hope someone can help. A couple of days ago, I added a sig file to Outlook Express(ver 6) on my laptop. It had an HTML file in it. Now, I cannot create email in OE. I get :
Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close.
When I go to tools, signatures–the same thing happens. I have run Spybot, Adaware and Errorguard. Something is corrupt in OE.

try to undo the operation…the sig file you added.
If after that it works…there you go…
If not, save everything, and reinstall O.E :slight_smile:

not more complicated than that… rebuild your mail profile in control panel…
