I’ve got a ticket open on this question with more details: GIY-53857-134
Basically, my customer need to use PayPal Payments Pro and ProductCart. We have Product Cart up and running fine, the site is ready to roll out this weekend.
The ProductCart / PayPal Payments Pro integration needs a couple supporting items from the web server, detailed in this document:

We are on Win14. Any chance the API is already loaded and we can supply you with the P12 certificate to make this work?
It is not on win14, it also requires a reboot and will need to be installed in a schedueld manner because of that.
Thanks for the update Stephen.
I may be confused - I just looked in the control panel for that domain (txcosmetologyed.com) under FTP accounts, and it says win14. I thought that was the correct place to look.
I completely understand we’ll have to schedule this, and I’ve communicated to the customer not to expect to roll out this weekend. (Well, we’ll roll out, but without real-time payments)
She was approved by PayPal last night, and she’s still working on that side setting up the account. I should have all the PayPal information and certificates by tomorrow.
To make this easy for you, should I just continue to update that ticket as I get more information? When is your next scheduled reboot? I’m not trying to apply pressure, just need to set the expectation for the customer. If it’s a week or so, I understand, I just need to let her know up front if possible.
Thanks again for your awesome service.
Nono, I did not mean the account is not on win14, paypal payments pro is not on win14!
We don’t have a reboot scheduled now, we do them as few and far between as possible, most of the time after MS releases patches in packs, and SOMETIMES when they release a major one at a more random time.
If I know the cert is coming in the next 24 hours, I can schedule the reboot at about 3am monday morning and it will be ready by then.
Ok, I’ll work with the customer and try to have you all the information and certificates by this afternoon / evening. (Saturday, central time)
Thanks.
Stephen,
Got the certificate and passwords. All relevant information is attached to Ticket FMQ-75200-834.
Let me know if you need something, I’ll be available.
Just wanted to post a follow-up…
Stephen, you guys rock. It’s all working fine. I tested the site today and went live about an hour ago.
I would never have gotten such a good response from my previous hosting company, and even then we’d have to do it 2 or 3 times before they got it right. I guess that’s why I pulled all the accounts and put them here.
Thanks for the help.
No problem, I was surprised when the details came in, the version your client needed did not even need a reboot, just a simple IISreset, I really like that kind!
