Marry Christmas! :slight_smile:

I’ve submitted two Tickets already, but they are not showing up on the Open Ticket list. ?(

These are two things I need help on:

  1. Instant Access Domain Alias doesn’t work, event after turning it off and on again. It keep displaying “Directory Listing Denied”.

  2. How do I change my sites to .Net Framework version 2.0?

I have resolved the Phantom Ticket thingy.
I’ve mistakenly used the Administrative account login instead of using my Resellor account.

Anyway, still my two other questions are not resolved.
