php.ini for web4

I need the correct php.ini to use for web4. I asked this in a ticket over 4 hours ago and still haven’t gotten a reply. Can someone tell me how I should get a copy?

Can I take one from one of the Windows servers? It’s all I have handy. I have the php-dist version from my Windows install. I can’t imagine that would be correct, but perhaps.

just place your necessary directives in a .htaccess file in document root. php.ini is needed for Win installations where there is no .htaccess
