php module_openssl on win servers

I have a ticket lodged on this but thought I might ask it here as well.
Is module_openssl enabled on windows servers and more particularly cl2 win6

Here is an extract from phpinfo so I’m assuming the answer is no..
Registered Stream Socket Transports tcp, udp

It is not enable by default but we can enable it but need support ticket with mention domain name.
