Long shot…
A client’s phpList system is no longer working. We have not made any changes, like updates to the software or something. I’m wondering if something on the server side might have changed.
He’s got a fairly large list, about 12,000 names. phpList sends a few hundred and then stops. It never progresses beyond that. I used to have the software configured to not use batch processing…basically it sent one message after another till the full list was processed. I wondered if maybe that was hitting some limits on the server, so I enabled batch processing, 50 emails every sixty seconds with a 1-second pause between each email. Still, the same behavior.
I have a ticket open to see if his domain has been blocked from sending, though I did add him to the bulk mail sender list years ago.
