I have multiple sites that aren’t able to send mail using phpmailer this morning. I have one ticket in to anonymous support: DPS-62678-721. and I also emailed into resellersupport, but haven’t heard back on either. Please look into as soon as possible.

Thank you again for getting the issue resolved. We do try to be patient, but on this particular ticket, it was well over 3 hours when I posted and still hadn’t gotten a response. I am not used to that as most tickets are responded to in some way in an hour or less (usually in 30 minutes or less).

I had to go through your codes and it is not possible for every tech to handle it right away as debugging code level issues are not kept on high priority. We still try to respond as soon as possible.
