In H-SPHERE, where can I see the physical path of the FTP? I need to know this in order to set a DSN

I remember that I saw this information somewhere, but I am not sure, exactly in what option

It would be C:\hshome\ftplogin\domain.com on win1, win2 and win4
and d:\hshome\ftplogin\domain.com on the other windows servers

Click on the account ID of the account from the search screen

Are you a reseller?

When you do a blank search, you see a list of all accounta. Just click on the ID of that account and a popup screen would open. it includes all signup details including the customer’s home directory

Ok that was dumb of me. I am not a reseller, but I would like to know if I can see this info on a regular account.

Unfortunately not. But I’m passing this on to PSOFT. I wonder why they haven’t included this
