I opened a ticket. I really need these services restored. They have worked until today and it seems that Apache went down today as well. They definitely must be a related issue.
It is possibly related, there are some bad things about right now with attacks and kernel vulnerabilities that redhat is not addressing quickly at all. We have applied some temp patches but they have some side effects.

It appears that you are running Apache in suexec mode. This was found searching google:
