Very clean layout, graphics and content is a bit sparse though 
Why are your support and abuse emails @yahoo.com when you have your own domain?
I like the idea of the service … had to test it with the following file (only really funny if you’re into RPG’s)

Looks very smart to me!
I agree on the email addresses though - would be better as [email protected] and [email protected] , for example.
Just one suggestion - maybe have the logo on the upload page, as all it shows is the upload status, and no corporate image.
It looks like your on for something… cool!
