Your server are very slow and frecuently are down. You can verify this on our support tickets and your posts on this forum.
We need that you improve your servers because as like resellers can’t offer a good service to our final customers. X(
I think you are specifically referring to cl2-web1, which has seen multiple outages in past 48 hours. We are aware of the issue, and monitoring it with high priority. A few websites are seeing sudden surge in traffic, and many were being hit by casper search bot. We did do changes to handle earlier (as you were told on your ticket), and some more today. Hopefully they should be able to keep webserver stable for now.
