Power maintenance on WinCF2cl1, Win29cl1, winvps34 between 10:30pm-11:30 DONE

We will perform maintenance between 10:30 and 11:30 pm for about 5 minutes each on win29cl1, wincf2 cl1, and winvps34 for power maintenance.

WinVPS34 will be going into maintenance first starting now, then WinCF2 and then Win29.

the purpose of this is to change power sources on these servers.

WinCF2 is completed. Win29 is ongoing.
