When creating a new CP account on a CF plan the system hangs after inputing the domain name. It just comes to a dead stop. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes and the page is still loading.8o This is Cluster 1.
We are checking it, also bringing in a new CF server REALLY soon.
The signup page is still loading.;(
if you turn off coldfusion activation at signup it will work.
we can then aid you to turn cf on.
How about aiding me in adding a domain to an existing account. I can wait for the new server for the rest, if it goes online as projected.

ok, actually jsut go to the plan that domain is being added to and turn off the activation and it should add then 
Ok, site has been added, but throws an error when turning on CF.

In this case you’re saying one thing and ticket support is saying another.
When I got the latest response from the ticket. I removed the domain.
If you can still help me out I will add it back, unless the new server will be available prior to noon Eastern time.
