Problem viewing or downloading attachments

Has anyone experiencing this problem:

When ever I try to download an attachment (say an image), the web mail client (tested on both Horde and SquirrelMail) hangs by taking forever to respond.

I submitted a ticket, but haven’t heard back yet.

Issue has been fixed and ticket also replied.
