Problem with Ip of Blogger ?

I have a customer who host only Blogger.com blogs, one of them is in the new cluster and cant save the files. Is a 170 Posts , then is not the biggest, but look as a problem with the ftp.

Is possible blogger is blocked ? blogminios.com is the site . Thanks.
