I am unable to access Live Chat. When I click on it a blank window opens up.
Is Live Chat down, or is it a problem on my computer?
You have probably pop-up blocker enabled on your browser. Check your firewall too.

The window does pop up for live chat, but it say “Page cannot be displayed”. In FireFox it pops up but says "The connection was refused when attempting to contact server.iad.liveperson.net.
As far as a firewall I’m using a dlink wireless router with nothing special configured, just basically out of the box configuration.
Do you have any other specific suggestions.
My reason for using live chat is to find out how long it will take to get my host account activated.
