problem with user ticket log in

Are there anybody having this same issue as I do?

I tried to log into user tickets and normally, I have to try two or three times before I can log in. once logged in, right after I finish writing my ticket, click submit, I get logged out immeidately. so I have to try login again, write the message again. It’s getting annoying.

I’m using Firefox 1.5 and IE 6.0 (same problem) I’m not sure if it’s a problem with my machine or what.

Havent seen this issue with same set of browsers here. Please let me know the user info you are using to login and we’ll check it out.
