Problems with IP address?

I recently changed my service account from shared to dedicated so that I could use the anonymous FTP feature. I also changed my domain name to point to ns3.site.com and ns4.site.com. (I am using “site” as an example in place of my actual website name).

Now I am having major issues with my website index page. I have 2 computers I am using to check my website. Here is what I am finding:

“www.site.com”
I get a “web utilities” page on both PCs

“site.com”
Works on PC#1, but shows “web utilities” on PC#2

“www.site.com/index.htm” or “Login | HSTS Redirection Community”
Works on PC#1, but shows http404 error on PC#2

FLush your local DNS config,

go to start, run, type cmd then
ipconfig /flushdns

That worked for CP#1, but still having the same issues on CP#2.
Any ideas?
