Is there an easy tutorial out there for the creation of password and .htaccess files? I just can’t seem to get it right and the file manager appears broken, or whenever I click on the bottom protect link, it comes back with a broken JavaScript error. Can I create these files myself and upload them? THanks!
Never mind, I banged on the keyboard enough until I figured it out 
I don’t know of any issue in the protect wizard, but it is a per server install so if you wanted to report that to us just to checkout,that would be helpful.
