i emailed the sales but i got no answer! :frowning:

i have few question regarding your host:

  • Can u provide me a custom plan with the following:

    5 GB Bandwidth
    20 MB MySQL
    5 MB PSQL
    5 MB MS-SQL
    All the other windows basic plan features

  • Can i have Multiple Domains hosting . i have three domains. i wanna host them all on one account by directing each domain to a different sub direcory)

  • Its says in your plan that email Box quote is 2 MB, is that mean each mail box i create can store 2 MB max?!!

  • Do you support SMTP and POP mail?!

  • Whats the version of PHP are u running?

Can i reduce the number of mailboxes to ten and get 4 MB per email?!
and can i do the samething for the databases. i.e. having 20 for MySQL, 5 MS-SQL and 5 PSQL. coz i wont use MS-SQL & PSql a lot.

Yes, you can reduce the number of mailboxes to 10 and get 4MB quota per mailbox.

Sorry, we cannot convert between database types as we need to check overusage of our database servers. Instead, you can buy an additional 10MB of MySQL space for just $1/month extra (which is next to nothing)

-We have weekly backups on the database server

I’ll look into the problem. It appears neither our ticket system can email you.

Can i know the exact MySQL version number and PHP version number as well?! Coz i am a php coder. :))

I’m glad to announce that now all our packages come with 5MB per mail box instead of 2.
