I’ve noticed that my clients only have ‘Home’ and ‘Logout’ on the quick link toolbar (the grey bar under the blue logo / banner) in their Control Panel, whereas my Admin and Service Account have links to FTP, Mail etc etc.

Is there anyway of enabling all the full links under my clients login?

At the moment the only way for them to get anywhere, is to click ‘Home’ to get back to the page with all the icons / links.

are they using the same skin as you?

Yep, both using XPressia Lite.

My Admin account and Service account have all the quick links / drop down menu across the top, but still only Home and Logout on clients.

Make sure they have javascript enabled, this happened on my PDA where I could only see Home and Logout

Yep, JavaScript is enabled (I’ve also signed in as them, and only get Home and Logout).

It’s a bit of a strange one!

Just to let everyone know that this has now been sorted. Some settings were missing from my plan setup, which JodoHost has now sorted.
