If I upgrade from value hosting to silver…

  1. Is there any setup fee?
  2. I just paid my bill for this month, will any of that
    be credited toward the new bill?

I’m only a customer so I may be wrong, but I would think that what you paid for the valud plan will also be applied to the silver plan. I don’t think there is any setup fee. So if value is $6.95 and silver is $12.95, and you just paid your 6.95 for the month and upgrade you will owe $6.00.

  1. No.
  2. When you upgrade(or downgrade) a new billing cycle start from that day. You are charged for number of days used in previous plan and then balance is credited to your account. Also your account is charged for entire billing cycle for new plan.
