Two questions:

  1. Is the anonymous end-user support option only available at the time of sign-up or can it be added later?
  2. If chosen, can I selectively choose which end-user customers I wish to have access to the anonymous support, or is it all or none?

  1. It is an optional features which you can sign-up any time you want.

  2. We support all your end-users and you are charged for all. It is not possible to support some of your end-users and not supports others.
