Just a quick question…

Does anyone know of any pre-made web software (in ASP or PHP etc), to use as a rating site - for example, sites like ratemyteacher.co.uk etc.

Just making a joke site for someone, but don’t want to sit down and code one from scratch.

Any help would be great.
