Rather that bother the JH team - for something I cannot work out myself, I thought I would ask in the forums.
I have added a redirection for one of my domains, in the HS domain settings.
The domain is:
Paxos Travel Guide
That works fine and it redirects to Paxos Travel Guide
BUT when the www. part is added to the domain:
it does not correctly redirect.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello Nathan,
Both (www and without www) are working fine and redirecting to correct website. Look like dns caching issue at your local machine or ISP end. Please run this command “ipconfig/flushdns” in command prompt and try it again.

when I click on the www one, I get the following error:
(I do not know how to run the ipconfig/flushdns command sorry. I just get a ‘Windoz cannot find error’)

Will confirm on my Bellsouth DSL it is working properly. On both.
