Recent issue on Web5

In regards to the recent issue on web5, I noticed that the message thread was deleted.

I was trying to be very discreet with specific information, but there must have been a good reason to delete the thread.

Can I get an update on this situation somehow? I have an open ticket: GQW-47537-772 that I opened a few hours ago.

My question is: How do I protect myself. I’ve replaced the corrupted files on my sites, but don’t know how to stop it in the future.

it has not been deleted.. it has been moved so it can be viewed by a larger audience. Only customers that have requested access have access to this forum
